- The Autumn is the Surrender, letting things go and fall. Harvest and gather the fruits. Returning the light to the source, moving inward.
- Start of Exhalation.

- WATERSHEDS (Jing Mai 經脈 and Jing Jin 經筋) presented for the Autumn: upper taiyin 手太陰, upper yangming 手陽明, and upper shaoyang 手少陽.
